Fronted by singer Melissa “Mel” Bronez, Nobody’s Business comes at you with a mix of hard-drivin’ Chicago and Delta blues, R&B and even country. The seven-piece band, including sax, has been getting people up and dancing in the DMV several years and led Washingtonian magazine to praise Bronez’ “smooth and full-bodied” voice and the band’s “careful blend of funky blues and R&B.
